Order Processing & Handling Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Please note that estimated delivery times begin after your order has been shipped and do not include our 2-business-day handling time.

Shipping Methods

Shipping method is based on the total merchandise value of your order before taxes and shipping charges.

Orders Less Than C$10.00

Orders with a total merchandise value of less than C$10.00 are shipped securely using Canada Post Lettermail.

These shipments are packaged using collector-grade protective materials but do not include tracking or insurance.

Orders From C$10.00 to C$49.99

Orders with a total merchandise value between C$10.00 and C$49.99 are shipped securely using Canada Post Oversized Lettermail.

These shipments are carefully packaged using collector-grade protective materials but do not include tracking or insurance.

By selecting or accepting an untracked shipping method, the customer acknowledges that delivery confirmation is not available. While every shipment is carefully prepared and mailed promptly, Broken Bone Sports Cards cannot guarantee delivery once an untracked shipment has entered the postal system.

Orders of C$50.00 and Above

Orders with a total merchandise value of C$50.00 or more are shipped using Canada Post Expedited Parcel with tracking included.

For higher-value purchases, we may provide additional protective packaging, signature confirmation, or additional insurance at our discretion.

We reserve the right to upgrade the shipping service at no additional cost when appropriate.

Combined Shipping

We are happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases whenever possible.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on your order.

We reserve the right to upgrade your shipment to a faster or more secure shipping method at no additional cost when appropriate.

International Shipping

We ship to many international destinations.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges assessed by their country.

Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

For legal and customs purposes, we are unable to declare shipments below their purchase value or mark shipments as gifts.

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Broken Bone Sports Cards is not responsible for delays resulting from weather, customs processing, labour disruptions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and take clear photographs of both the packaging and the contents before contacting us.

Please inspect your order promptly upon arrival and notify us of any shipping-related issues within 7 days of delivery.

We will work with you and the shipping carrier, where applicable, to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
